EXCHANGE & RETURN DETAILS

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We accept only exchange of unused and undamaged items according to our exchange policy.

In case the product does not fit you well, you can send an exchange request within 7 days from the delivery of the order, we shall send a replacement to you once we receive the original pair at our studio.

The products must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it with the original tags and packaging at the time of your exchange, without which your exchange may be rejected.

Exchange Process

We at THE ALTER want you to love your purchase and your shopping experience with us.

If the footwear does not fit you comfortably and you wish to exchange it, we will be happy to exchange it.

We constantly strive and endeavor to create unique statement pieces with premium quality and designs, as we are a bespoke footwear design house and not a wholesale manufacturing unit. In order to continue providing a Bespoke Retail Experience to you, we cannot accept footwear being returned due to style issues.

Every order is individually crafted based on your requirements and hence once it has been manufactured, offering to exchange it for a different style is not feasible.

If you think you’ve received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging has been tampered or damaged before delivery, please email us the product images or videos on order@thealter.in mentioning your order ID. We’ll surely look into it at the earliest and ensure that we replace the product with a fresh piece. Please made sure the original product tag 7 packaging is intact when you send the product back to our studio.

Please follow these simple steps for any size exchange or return.

STEP 1- NOTIFY US

Let us know the size that you’d like to exchange, on thealtershoes@gmail.com or Whatsapp us on 9167734170 within 7 days of the product being delivered to you.

STEP 2 - SHIP THE PRODUCTS

Courier the package in original box packaging to us at our below mentioned address of our studio,

The cost and logistics for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you.

STEP 3 – EXCHANGE SIZE

Once we receive your pair in the original box packaging and invoice, we will ship your exchanged size.

Please make sure to share accurate sizes for your exchange.

Kindly note, footwear bought on sale are not eligible for exchange or returns

As a company policy, we do not provide monetary refunds/cancellations on products sold.

REFUND POLICY

We do not accept refunds as every pair at THE ALTER specifically made – to – measure as per each client’s requirement.
If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than THE ALTER, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.
