SHIPPING TIME

• Depending upon the location, the ordered pair will be delivered to you in 7 – 10 workings days after it has been dispatched from our studio.
• Custom orders can take up to 10 – 14 working days. (If you have any urgency, you can feel free to reach us on 9167734170 and we will surely help you out!)
• Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach.
• In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to deliver your order.
• Delivery duration could vary due to external situations.
• Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your order delivered to you in good time or else will be notified.

CUSTOMISATION

• If you wish to customize your own pair of THE ALTER, for instance adding heels to your pair or wanting to convert them into flats we are here to assist you( Call/Whatsapp on 9167734170)

SHIPPING CHARGES

• We offer 'Free Shipping' for all orders across India
• We do not accept cash on delivery on any of the orders.
• The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.

Note- We do not provide exchanges & refunds on International orders. Any custom charges applicable will be borne by the customer.
